Sage Berglund, Building Science Trainer
Sage joins the workforce development team with experience as a housing rehab specialist and certifications in Building Analyst, Energy Auditor, and Quality Control Inspector from the Building Performance Institute.
Laura Miller, Senior Accountant
The accounting department welcomes Laura who has a finance background in a variety of industries, from construction to nonprofit healthcare, and a BA in accounting and an associate degree in computer information systems from Western Governors University.
Finneas Copeland, Energy Counselor
As an energy counselor, Finneas brings strong customer service skills from his background in food service and retail and technical knowledge from previous coursework in wiring, energy efficiency, and building science.
Paolo Speirn, Community Energy Planner
Paolo is joining the Partners in Energy team with community planning experience as the lead of a farmers’ market organization and a consciousness research assistant. He received a BA in U.S. history and environmental studies from Wesleyan University.
Dan Wildenhaus, Senior Technical Manager
Dan joins CEE with 27 years’ experience performing energy audits and ratings, weatherization and HVAC repairs, consultations, and analysis, as well as delivering trainings and presentations for clients in both new construction and the existing buildings market.
Jaea Vang, HR Manager
The human resources team welcomes Jaea with over eight years’ HR experience spanning the K-12 education, transportation, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. Jaea holds a BA in communication studies and an MA in public and nonprofit administration.
Sahra Mohamed, Workforce Program Coordinator
Prior to joining CEE, Sahra worked at the Department of Human Services as an Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) provider. She has also served on many community initiatives and student groups and has experience coordinating and facilitating large scale projects in the metro area.
Magdalena Alonso Lobato, Controller
Grant Baumgardner PE, Research Engineer
As a new research engineer at CEE, Grant will be applying his six years’ experience in commercial HVAC and transport refrigeration product development and his BS in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech.
Julia Wells, Program Coordinator
Gabrielle Rinck, Energy Advisor
Gabrielle supports the Program Development team as an energy advisor based in Colorado Springs, CO. Prior to joining CEE in 2022, she gained twelve years of experience in the energy efficiency consulting and utility industries in positions at CLEAResult, Consumers Energy, and Black Hills Energy.
