As a workforce training manager with the workforce development team, Sage teaches building science principles and work readiness skills. She manages and supports interns as they explore positions in the energy conservation field. She also designs new curriculum to expand the workforce development classes.

Prior to this role, Sage worked as a senior energy auditor with the Home Energy Squad. She earned Building Analyst, Energy Auditor, and Quality Control Inspector certifications from the Building Performance Institute.

Sage holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle.
