Based in Colorado Springs, Gabrielle is responsible for the implementation and delivery of programs and pilots in Colorado. As a member of the Program Development team, she also supports business development opportunities in the state.

Prior to joining CEE in 2022, Gabrielle gained twelve years of experience in the energy efficiency consulting and utility industries. Gabrielle has held positions at CLEAResult, Consumers Energy, and Black Hills Energy. She specializes in program management, customer experience, communications, income-qualified energy efficiency and assistance programs.

The catalyst for her career was a human-service internship at a non-profit neighborhood center, while earning her BA in psychology from Michigan State University.
