Our “new normal” continues with new positions and new regions

Anirudh has worked as a solar design specialist and as an energy engineer in commercial building energy modeling and LEED documentation. He earned his master’s in sustainable energy systems from State University of New York, with an emphasis on building thermodynamics and solar designs.

Jeff has a wide range of organization experience, working in the past with public accounting firms, marketing agencies, and nonprofits. He has a BS in accounting from St. Cloud State University and former experience as an auditor.

Before joining our lending team, Ranti gathered plenty of lending experience from her past work at Wells Fargo, Highland Bank, and Symphony Bank. She has experience as a personal banker, loan officer, and underwriter, and she holds a degree in catering and hotel management.

Rinika has an impressive background in building optimization, energy and sustainability analysis, and energy consulting. She holds multiple degrees, including an MA in global sustainability in sustainable design, an MS in sustainable energy engineering, and a BT in mechanical engineering.

Robert’s passion for energy efficiency runs deep, with some of his previous experience gained from working for a solar organization that specialized in helping homeowners learn about solar and how solar power can become a cost-effective and energy-efficient choice for homes.

Prior to joining CEE’s marketing team, Lilly worked in the technology and nonprofit sectors. She earned her BS in marketing and international business with a minor in Spanish from Butler University in Indianapolis.

Madison came to CEE this year with experience in community organizing and volunteer support for a variety of social justice and environmental issues. She graduated from Hamline University in 2019 with a BA in women’s studies.
