As social media specialist, Kathryn combines her communications skills and passion for public service to help set CEE's strategic course on social media platforms. She develops relevant and engaging content for key audiences, tracks visibility and engagement, and helps coordinate the development and distribution of newsletters and promotional emails.

Prior to joining CEE, Kathryn served as communications coordinator for the City of River Falls, Wisconsin, where she led strategic communications efforts for the City. Kathryn's work at the City included social media management, event and program marketing, and development of a bimonthly newsletter and annual report.

Kathryn has a bachelor's degree in television and radio from Ithaca College. She obtained a master's degree in public administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2021.
