For the quality assurance inspector role, Elliott works with the Decarbonization team to perform specialized energy audits and quality assurance inspections for the insulation contractors we partner with. Elliott also reviews all insulation quotes for our HES program and serves as a BPI proctor, helping our staff earn professional building science certifications.

Prior to CEE, Elliott worked at the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board with aquatic invasive species management. He also spent time working for the Conservation Corps of Minnesota & Iowa working as a crew leader doing natural resources work. 

Elliott holds a degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, with an environmental studies minor. During his time at Eau Claire, Elliott was on the board of the Student Office of Sustainability and was a part of the waste audit report research team.
