Bloomington Business Rebates for Energy Efficiency Upgrades
- Available to Bloomington commercial properties participating in the One-Stop Efficiency Shop
- 20% of the cost (up to $2,500) of eligible lighting, HVAC, and refrigeration upgrades
Edina Community Climate Action Fund
- Available to Edina Commercial and industrial private properties or multifamily (5+ units) participating in the One-Stop Efficiency Shop
- 100% utility rebate match (up to $2,500) for businesses upgrading to efficient lighting, HVAC, or refrigeration equipment
Hopkins Climate Solutions Fund
- Available to multi-family properties located within the City of Hopkins with five or more units, or property owners, lessees, or managers of existing commercial buildings located within the City of Hopkins participating in the One-Stop Efficiency Shop.
- Up to $12,500 for eligible lighting upgrades or up to $5,000 for eligible HVAC or refrigeration upgrades
Minneapolis Green Cost Share
Available to Minneapolis businesses, nonprofits, and multifamily properties (4+ units) participating in the One-Stop Efficiency Shop
20% - 40% of the cost (up to $20,000) on top of rebates for eligible lighting, HVAC, and refrigeration upgrades
CEE Grants and Loans for Minneapolis Neighborhoods
CEE partners with Minneapolis neighborhood associations to offer commercial grants (up to $10,000) and loans with rates starting at 3% APR (up to $30,000)
Northfield Climate Champion Program
Available to Northfield businesses participating in the One-Stop Efficiency Shop
50% of total rebate (up to $2,500) for eligible lighting, HVAC, or refrigeration upgrades
Richfield Energy Efficient Business Rebates
Available to Richfield businesses participating in the One-Stop Efficiency Shop
20% of total project costs (up to $2,500) on top of rebates for eligible lighting, HVAC, or refrigeration upgrades
St. Louis Park Climate Champions
Available to St. Louis Park businesses and nonprofits participating in the One-Stop Efficiency Shop
Participants must complete an Energy Smart and One-Stop assessment within 36 months of project start date
50% - 75% utility rebate match (up to $3,500)
St. Paul Neighborhood STAR Program
- Available for physical (capital) improvement projects for any public, private, nonprofit, or for-profit organization located in or doing business in Saint Paul.
- Grant requests up to $50,000 do not require matching funds
- Grant requests greater than $50,000 require a 1:1 match
