As the training development specialist, Arbor creates high quality learning experiences to advance new efficient technologies and strengthen the clean energy economy. Arbor’s responsibilities include managing learning projects, developing materials, delivering training events, and tracking evaluation.

Arbor joined CEE in 2020 and has supported a range of programs, including residential time-of-sale energy disclosure in Minneapolis and Bloomington, and the Minnesota Air Source Heat Pump Collaborative. Arbor previously worked in training and education in affordable housing and social service organizations. He earned a BA in psychology and religious studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a technical communication certificate from the University of Minnesota.
