Multiple loan officers at Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) were named a Minnesota Housing Top Producing Loan Officer by Minnesota Housing for their Fix Up home improvement loan production during 2021.
Center for Energy and Environment is a Minnesota nonprofit that offers practical energy solutions so homes, buildings, and communities can reduce energy use. CEE’s lending department contributes to this mission by offering a variety of loan programs for homeowners and businesses to make improvements. These programs range from statewide to city specific, and offer financing for energy upgrades, home improvements, solar installation, and more. CEE has a great team of loan officers who help community members navigate the financing process and find a loan that will work best for them. They are there to support borrowers from start to finish.
CEE has been a long-time partner of Minnesota Housing and promotes the Fix Up home improvement loan as one of many home improvement financing options. This is an important program to CEE as it helps provide affordable housing remodeling to homeowners in the community.
“The lending team really values our longtime relationship with Minnesota Housing and the Fix Up home improvement loan program. This award represents our loan officers commitment to helping the community and the outstanding service they provide to Minnesota homeowners,” said Jim Hasnik.
Minnesota Housing is a state agency that works with loan officers to provide affordable loans for home remodeling, repairs, energy efficiency upgrades, and accessibility improvements. Homeowners can access the Fix Up loan program to receive loans from $2,000 to $75,000 with fixed interest rates and secured and unsecured options. More information and eligibility requirements are available at www.mncee.org/fix-fund-home-improvement-loan or at www.mnhousing.gov. In addition to home improvement loans, Minnesota Housing also offers homebuyer loans and finances multifamily housing across the state and CEE provides a variety of statewide and city-specific home financing options.
For more than a decade, the Minnesota Housing Top Producing Loan Officer Program has been recognizing individual loan officers with the highest volume of Fix Up loans.
“We applaud these Top Producing Loan Officers for demonstrating a deep understanding of Minnesota Housing Fix Up Loan Program and helping Minnesota families improve their homes and communities,” said Minnesota Housing Commissioner Jennifer Leimaile Ho.
