CEE Financial Resources works with the Minneapolis Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) to improve residential properties in over 25 Minneapolis neighborhoods. To date CEE Financial Resources has originated nearly $20 million in NRP home improvement loans. In addition to attractive financing, all NRP home improvement programs also offer rehabilitation counseling. CEE Financial Resources provides all services necessary to deliver a comprehensive NRP program for participating neighborhood organizations, including holding office hours in all neighborhoods to answer questions, accept applications, and close loans or grants.
