The Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) is the principal lender for Minnesota Housing Finance Agency's (MHFA) Fix-Up and Community Fix-Up Funds that are available to residents across the state of Minnesota. CEE also administers low interest home improvement programs for several municipalities as well as many of the Minneapolis Neighborhood Revitalization Program's (NRP) neighborhoods.
