Residential properties account for 23% of Minnesota’s total energy use – and the average Minnesota family spends nearly 10% of their income on the electricity, natural gas and gasoline that powers our lives. 

CEE provides programs and financing to help Minnesotan homeowners reduce energy waste, keep homes comfortable and save money.  CEE has served more than 50,000 residential customers with programs such as the Home Energy Squad, Community Energy Services, Neighborhood Energy Workshop Program, Operation Insulation, the Low Income Weatherization Program and the Multifamily Facility Assessment Program.

As the lead contractor for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Part 150 Noise Mitigation Program CEE has worked with more and 8,600 homes in neighborhoods around the airport that have been acoustically modified Assessment Program
