As a non-traditional lender and a non-profit organization, CEE provides loan processing services for many partnering cities and utilities offering programs tailored to meet a wide variety of financing needs. CEE is also a Minnesota Housing Fix-Up program lender.

Commercial Energy Efficiency Loan Program

CEE provides financing to businesses making cost effective energy efficiency improvements including, but not limited to, lighting upgrades, HVAC controls and upgrades,refrigeration equipment replacement and upgrades.

Residential Products

Minnesota Housing Finance Agency Fix-Up Fund

CEE is the principal lender for Minnesota Housing Finance Agency's (MHFA) Fix-Up and Community Fix-Up Funds that are available to residents across the state of Minnesota.

CEE Home Energy Loan

CEE currently offers loans as low as 2.99% for homeowners completing home energy improvements.
